We will ensure that the withdrawal process is as easy as the method for giving consent.

As a rule, personal information is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled. However, the following information is retained for the specified period:
1. Retained items: membership information (login ID, name, nickname)
2. Reason: to prevent re-registration with the same ID after withdrawal
3. Retention period: permanent
Where required by law, we retain certain data as follows:
1. Items: records of contracts, payments, goods delivery, complaints, dispute handling
2. Reason: Article 6 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
3. Retention period: contracts (5 years), payments and deliveries (5 years), complaints/disputes (3 years)
If extended retention is required, we will seek your consent.

This site destroys personal information without delay after the purpose is achieved. The procedure is as follows:
1. Destruction procedure: information entered during registration is moved to a separate DB and destroyed after being stored for a certain period according to internal policy and legal requirements.
2. Destruction method: electronically stored data is deleted using irreversible technical methods.

We obtain legal guardian consent when collecting information of children under age 14.
Legal guardians may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent, and we will act promptly upon such requests.
