Article 1. General Provisions
  1. This site places great importance on protecting your personal information and complies with the regulations of the “Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization” and the “Personal Information Protection Guidelines” established by the Ministry of Information and Communication.
  2. This site informs you through its privacy policy how your personal information is used and what measures are taken to protect it.
  3. This site discloses its privacy policy at the bottom of the homepage to ensure that you can easily view it at any time.
  4. In case of any revision to the privacy policy, the site will notify users through website announcements (or individual notices).

  1. This site provides a procedure where you can click "Agree" or "Disagree" to the privacy policy or terms of use. Clicking "Agree" is considered as consent to the collection of personal information.
Article 3. Purpose of Collecting and Using Personal Information
  1. This site collects personal information for the following purposes:
    1. To establish a contract for service provision: identity verification, confirmation of intent, etc.
    2. To fulfill service obligations: product delivery and payment
    3. Membership management: user identification, personal verification, age confirmation, complaint handling, etc.
    4. To provide information on new services, products, or events
  2. Sensitive personal information that may infringe on users' basic rights (race, beliefs, place of origin, political orientation, criminal records, health, sexual life, etc.) is not collected.

  1. This site collects the following personal information for membership registration, consultation, service application, etc.:
    1. Items collected: name, date of birth, gender, login ID, password, home phone number, home address, mobile phone number, email, resident registration number, access log, IP address, payment records

Article 6. Use Beyond Purpose and Third-Party Provision

Article 7. Access and Correction of Personal Information
  1. You can view or correct your registered personal information at any time. To do so, click “Edit Member Information” or contact the personal information officer by email.
  2. If you request correction of an error, we will not use the relevant information until the correction is complete.
Article 8. Withdrawal of Consent
  1. You may withdraw your consent to the collection, use, and provision of personal information at any time. Click “Unsubscribe (Withdraw Consent)” on “My Page” or contact the personal information officer to take necessary action.
  2. We will ensure that the withdrawal process is as easy as the method for giving consent.
Article 9. Retention and Use Period
  1. As a rule, personal information is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled. However, the following information is retained for the specified period:
    1. Retained items: membership information (login ID, name, nickname)
    2. Reason: to prevent re-registration with the same ID after withdrawal
    3. Retention period: permanent
  2. Where required by law, we retain certain data as follows:
    1. Items: records of contracts, payments, goods delivery, complaints, dispute handling
    2. Reason: Article 6 of the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce
    3. Retention period: contracts (5 years), payments and deliveries (5 years), complaints/disputes (3 years)
  3. If extended retention is required, we will seek your consent.
Article 10. Destruction Procedure and Method
  1. This site destroys personal information without delay after the purpose is achieved. The procedure is as follows:
    1. Destruction procedure: information entered during registration is moved to a separate DB and destroyed after being stored for a certain period according to internal policy and legal requirements.
    2. Destruction method: electronically stored data is deleted using irreversible technical methods.
Article 11. Protection of Children’s Personal Information
  1. We obtain legal guardian consent when collecting information of children under age 14.
  2. Legal guardians may request access, correction, or withdrawal of consent, and we will act promptly upon such requests.
Article 12. Technical Measures for Protection
This site takes the following technical measures to ensure the security of your personal information:
  1. Your information is protected by password and important data is encrypted or protected through locking features.
  2. Antivirus programs are used and updated regularly to prevent damage from computer viruses.
  3. We use security devices to block unauthorized access from outside the system.
Article 13. Outsourcing of Personal Information
  1. We may outsource personal information handling to improve service quality.
    1. We will notify you in advance when outsourcing personal information handling.
    2. We clearly stipulate the provider's obligations regarding data protection in contracts and keep them in written or electronic form.
Article 14. Handling Complaints and Feedback
  1. This site has a feedback channel for users regarding personal information protection. If you raise a complaint, we will act on it immediately and inform you of the result.

Supplementary Provision (Effective Date): These terms shall take effect from August 14, 2025.
